February 2, 2007 – Pray for Don and Teresa
Bolls as they finish teaching Bible Stories and Health
Classes for the households that are building a latrine
in their compound. They need to finish this project
before they leave for the states on February 23.

February 3, 2007 – ANSWER: Major transition
is happening as the Niger Pepper project is nearing
a turning point. We praise the Lord that after many
years we are beginning to see a measurable attainment
in production. Enough so that attention is turning to
storage and transportation. It has been a large step
forward. Praise the Lord and please keep praying for
this new focus with Moussa taking on much of the responsibility.

here in Niger. Pray for the many people unaccustomed
to cool weather and those who are ill.

February 5, 2007 – Pray for Shadrach
to be strengthened and inspired as he seeks God’s
plan for us in the next year and a half.

February 6, 2007 – ANSWER: Thank you
for praying on January 11 for the Bolls as they turned
the Business and Guest House responsibilities back to
Mark and Deanna Ledlow. The transition went very smoothly
with few interruptions and little activity which allowed
time for an uninterrupted turn over.

February 7, 2007 - Please lift up Fati in the
Village of Kollo Zerma, as she studies about who Jesus
is with Kanesa and Brandy. Ask that she would realize
who He is and place her trust in Him.

February 8, 2007 - Pray for this ‘unwritten’
prayer request, the results of which could lead to a
very serious and undesired change in approach to our
ministry with the Zerma people.
Friday,
February 9, 2007 - ANSWER: Praise God-on Christmas
Morning the Church in Goudel held a special Christmas
service where Pastor Amadou explained the meaning of
Christmas to about 75 people. At the end of his sermon
he asked, “Who is ready to follow Jesus today?”
Three women and one man stood up and proclaimed boldly,
“They were ready to follow Christ.” Pray
for these new believers to grow strong in their faith
and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Saturday,
February 10, 2007 - We were blessed to have
a former journeyman, Charity, and her sister Emily come
as volunteers for two weeks last month. They were able
to visit many former acquaintances and spent three days
in the village of Waru where Charity used to live. They
took advantage of these renewed contacts to once again
share the Gospel and encourage believers. Pray for those
like Ramatou, a friend of Charity who has heard the
gospel but has yet to take a step of faith. Pray that
God would convict them of their sin and their need to
trust in Christ for forgiveness and salvation.

February 11, 2007 – Pray for Oumou to
be bold in her faith and for God to hold her in the
palm of his hand. She left Niger on January 11, to go
to Benin to be with her husband. He is a follower of
the main religion here and is not in agreement with
her following Jesus.

February 12, 2007 – ANSWER: Praise God
for healing Kanesa and Brandy as they fought malaria
and other ailments. God is over all.
Tuesday,
February 13, 2007 – Pray for Pastor Amadou
and another believer as they go downtown and study God’s
Word with several Taxi Drivers. Pray His Word will sink
deep into their hearts and that many more will follow
God.

February 14, 2007 – Happy Valentine’s
Day. As we think about those we love and hold dear today.
Pray for the hearts of the Zerma people to be totally
committed to the Lord, forsaking all else to follow
Him.

February 15, 2007 – ANSWER: Thank God
for Simone, a national believer who has come into the
picture and been a great help to us. He is a musician/composer
of Zerma Christian music and is very excited to be working
with us on several projects. Pray for God’s blessings
on him and his family.

– Pray for a little boy in the Village of Libore
who is a bully to all of the other kids. He always comes
to hear the stories, but sometimes can be very disruptive.
Ask God to penetrate his heart and that he would not
only believe but that he would then lead others to the
truth even at a young age.

February 18, 2007 - God's word is a lamp to
our feet and a light to our paths. Pray for us and our
Zerma brothers and sisters in Christ, that we would
hold fast to God's word and let it guide our steps on
a daily basis.

February 19, 2007 – ANSWER: Praise God
on Sunday, January 7, 2007, at the church in Goudel,
four women gave their lives to Christ, proclaiming they
would follow Him. Pray for these new believers to find
time to study God’s Word and grow strong in their
faith.
Tuesday,
February 20, 2007 - Pray for Kimberly as she
continues to lead "kids clubs" twice a week,
teaching stories from the Bible, singing songs, playing
games and coloring pictures. Pray for these precious
kids who are so open to hearing the truths of scripture--pray
that they would accept Jesus as their Savior. Pray for
their families (who are Muslim) that they would continue
to allow the kids to come and that they themselves might
be drawn to the same truth their kids are learning.

Continue to ask the Lord to send laborers into the harvest
fields of Niger--pray about the possibility that God
might be calling you to serve Him as a volunteer, short-term,
or long-term missionary.

February 22, 2007 - ANSWER: Thank God that
the Bible project is almost completed and ready for
distribution. Pray that God’s Word will go out
with power to convict and strengthen our brothers and
sisters in Niger.
Friday,
February 23, 2007 – Pray for Don and
Teresa Bolls as they leave Niger today to seek medical
care for Teresa’s fracture foot and then remain
in the states for a year for stateside assignment. Pray
that they will have safe travel and that God will completely
heal Teresa’s foot.
Saturday,
February 24, 2007 - Pray that Zerma believers
would be bold in proclaiming Christ as their Savior.
Pray that God would give them courage and perseverance
as they face apathy and hostility from others.

for the safety of the Blacks during travel, and God’s
care over them as illnesses have come and gone.

and Pastor Amadou as they disciple new believers every
Monday afternoon. Pray that each man will eagerly follow
God and that they will allow Him to transform their
lives.
Tuesday,
February 27, 2007 - Pray for the Cain family--that
they would be effective in sharing their faith with
others. Pray for existing relationships to be strengthened
and that they would be a source of encouragement for
others. Pray for Phil and Kimberly to have wisdom in
parental matters and for Caroline and Caleb to grow
in grace and stature and be diligent in their schoolwork.

February 28, 2007 - ANSWER: Thank you for praying
for Adele Bryan-a volunteer that is here working with
the Bolls. She arrived safely and on time after a long
trip and a few complications that could have delayed
her arrival.
