March 1, 2008 – ANSWER: Thank you for
praying for the Cains as they talk about the Zerma with
churches in the Northwest. They have been greatly blessed
to see many in these churches commit to pray for the
Zerma and even consider going to Niger as a volunteer.

March 2, 2008 – ANSWER: Thank you for
praying for Ben in February as he traveled to the Ivory
Coast for meetings. His travel went well and so did
the strategy meetings where he presented the Zerma team’s
strategies for ministry for 2009.
Monday,
March 3, 2008 - Today the Zerma team meets
for planning, fellowship, accountability & encouragement.
Ask God to give us a unified spirit. Today is also Miriam
Black’s birthday. Ask God to give Miriam good
health and an obedient spirit.
Tuesday,
March 4, 2008 - Ben Sustar’s birthday
is today. Ask God to give him a clear vision for reaching
the city of Niamey with the Gospel and to deepen relationships
that he has with people of influence.
Wednesday,
March 5, 2008 - We continue to rejoice that
God has led First Baptist Church, Sandersville, GA to
partner with us. Pray that God will call forth many
from that church to join us on the field. Pray that
He would give them much guidance and direction as they
seek to minister to the Zerma effectively, and pray
that He would prepare the hearts of the Zerma people
to receive them in the coming months.

March 6, 2008 - Please pray for Kanesa and
Brandy to be wise in mentoring the Hands on Africa semester
missionaries and ask that they will have time to rest,
spend time in the Word, pray and that He would give
them all good health.

March 7, 2008 - Pray for the Bolls to know
how best to minister to the Zerma People as they are
involved in the following ministries; health classes,
Bible Classes, Kid’s clubs, latrines, peppers,
gardens and how to use volunteers wisely.
Saturday,
March 8, 2008 - Pray for Phil and Kimberly
as they travel through Georgia March 8- 18, speaking
at various churches. Also today is Mark Ledlow’s
birthday. Ask God to give Mark many open doors to share
the Gospel and wisdom as he goes about his daily task.

March 9, 2008 - Daylight time begins –
pray that we will all MAKE time to share Jesus with
others, in USA & in Niger.
Monday,
March 10, 2008 - Today there will be many Zerma
in Niger who hear the gospel on an audio tape, from
a friend, on the radio, maybe through a complete stranger.
Pray that God’s Spirit would compel these men,
women, and children to respond and that they would know
without a doubt that what they are hearing is true.

baby Abraham is growing up strong and healthy!

March 12, 2008 - Lift up N who is a friend
of Kanesa and Brandy's as she has recently gotten married
and will leave K-town to go to her husband’s town
as his second wife. Pray that God will put believers
around her there and she would surrender everything
and follow the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

March 13, 2008 – School teacher Sina
seems to be earnestly seeking Christ. Pray for clear
understanding and that he accepts Jesus.

March 14, 2008 -Volunteers from Wildwood Baptist
Church in Clinton, MS come today to work in & around
the Ouallam area. Pray for successful ministries.

March 16, 2008 - Today is Phil Cain’s
birthday. Pray that God would consider Phil worthy of
His calling and that he would be filled with the knowledge
of God’s will in all wisdom and understanding.

received a dream that Jesus wants her to "preach"
for Him and has surrendered her life to Him. She is
hungry for the Word. Pray for her to be bold.

March 19, 2008 - Pray for the four Hands on
Africa semester missionaries to have a continued desire
to learn and renewal of God's grace and power while
learning Zerma.
Thursday, March 20, 2008 - Rama’s
mother in Ouallam has been very ill. Please pray for
healing. Rama is one of the only women Christians in
the area.

March 21, 2008 - Prayer walking has been very
effective. Even the new chief of Kaoura requested prayers
for wisdom in leading his village.

March 22, 2008 - We’ve often asked you
to pray for our ability to speak the Zarma language
and for understanding and insight into the Zerma culture.
It’s an ongoing challenge so we ask that you continue
to lift those needs up so that we might be effective
communicators.

“M” as the Hands on Africa semester missionaries
seek to share the truth and hope of Jesus.

March 26, 2008 - Pray for Sina & Rama as
they plan their wedding in Ouallam. Pray they both remain
involved in God’s Church.
Thursday,
March 27, 2008 – Pray for Ami, a believer
attending the Goudel church as she reaches out to women
in her neighborhood. Ask God to give her divine appointments
with those who are ready to receive the Gospel.
Friday,
March 28, 2008 – Pray for Amad and Hassi
as they work to support their family. Pray for Hassi’s
health as she is pregnant and ask God to give Amad spiritual
wisdom, discernment and insight as he leads the Goudel
church.

March 29, 2008 – Pray for the believers
in Kollo to continue to grow strong and be unified.
Sunday,
March 30, 2008 – ANSWER: Praise God for
a team of four volunteers that came in February from
First Baptist Church, Sandersville, GA. Two of them
went to the Ouallam area to minister to several villages
and the youth pastor and his wife went to K-town. Both
teams were a tremendous blessing to the Zerma People.

March 31, 2008 – Ask God to continue
to give the Hands on Africa semester missionaries a
smooth transition into their villages, lots of favor,
and opportunities to share.
