I am the middle child of three daughters. The first half of my life, my family and I lived in Dumas, Texas, and then the second half we lived in Borger, Texas. When I graduated high school, I attended West Texas A&M University where I received a degree in Elementary Education.

I grew up in church and knew that I wanted to serve overseas after a trip I took to Brazil in high school. I spent several summers working overseas in different Asian countries and then applied to be a Jouneyman after I finished college.

I really never thought that God would call me to Africa, and especially to Niger, but I look forward to seeing what God has in store. I love Niger and can't wait to see how He moves among the Zarma while I'm here.
